Go to RUT in english Apart from tax registration of foreign companies the form offers registration of foreign companies that has no prior registration in Denmark and wishes to deliver activities in Denmark. The first time your company comes to carry out work in Denmark, the company must be registered and in this connection perhaps VAT registered.

  • If the company is already listed and has received a CVR or SE or RUT number and wish to register services in Denmark, please use the form “Registration of Company Services” (form no. 40113) instead.

This notification comprises the following steps:

  1. Enter information
  2. Print-out form
  3. Sign and submit the form

 

Make sure you have the following information ready for the notification:

  • Company’s CBR, SE (European Company) or RUT number
  • The address of the workplace
  • Name, address and ID of all posted workers

 

Am I using the correct form?

If your company is already registered in Denmark and you need to register a task/secondment in Denmark, the form called “Registration of foreign service providers” form no. 40111 is used instead.

 

Which deadlines apply?

If your company has to be VAT registered, this must occur at the latest 8 days before the work commences.
The registration of a new task/secondment must occur at the latest simultaneously with the commencement of the work. If there are changes to the information, the company must report this at the latest 8 days after the change has had effect.

 

What happens if I do not submit the information?

Companies that do not submit the information on time can have a fine imposed. This also applies if the company submits information too late (after the work has commenced) or if the information is insufficient.

 

What is the information used for?

The information in the register is used by the Danish authorities who conduct inspections that the Danish regulations regarding, e.g. working environment and taxes are complied with.
